Company refers to Irrihub, Kenya.

Goods means any product purchased from us including irrigation equipment, pumps, liners, shade nets, kits, and accessories.

Orders means a purchase request made by you from our website or directly from us.

Website refers to Irrihub, accessible at https://irrihub.com

You refers to the customer making a purchase or using our services.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.

The Goods are in their original packaging.

The Goods have not been used, damaged, or tampered with and remain in a condition suitable for resale.

Exchanges

If the size or specification of the product you ordered does not meet your needs, you may request an exchange.

If the replacement item is available, we will exchange it for you.

If not, you may choose another product of equal value, or add the price difference to get another product of your choice.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products customized or made to your specifications.
  • Products that by their nature cannot be returned (e.g., perishable items).
  • Products that raise health or hygiene concerns once unsealed or used.
  • Products that have been altered, damaged, or are no longer in saleable condition.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.

Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded unless required by law.

Refund must be requested for within 24 hours of successfully returning a product.

The refund will be processed within 5 working days and the due amount wired to the buyer via their bank account.

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods.

We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service. We cannot process refunds without receiving the goods or proof of delivery.

Restocking Fee

We don’t charge a restocking fee.
