At Irri-Hub KE, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Kenya. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle order processing and deliveries.
- Delivery Coverage
We provide countrywide delivery across Kenya through our trusted shipping partner G4S. Delivery charges are borne by the customer, and the cost depends on your delivery location and package size.
- Order Processing Hours
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EAT).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Handling Time
- All orders have a handling/processing time of 1 to 2 business days to prepare, package, and hand over to our shipping partner.
- Shipping & Delivery Time
- Delivery time ranges from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location:
- Major towns & cities: 1–2 days
- Remote areas: 1–5 days
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Wells Fargo tracking number to monitor your shipment.
- Delivery & Shipping Fees
- Delivery fees are paid by the customer directly or included in your order invoice.
- Delivery costs vary based on distance, package weight, and size.
- Order Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message and tracking number.
- You can track your shipment directly with Wells Fargo to know when your package will arrive.
- Failed Deliveries & Redelivery
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package will be returned to the nearest Wells Fargo office.
- Redelivery can be arranged at the customer’s cost.
